The new upcoming lineup of Amiibo figurines for the Super Smash Bros. games has been announced by Nintendo. Posted on the Japanese Nintendo site today, the company revealed Amiibo figurines which will be released in three phases through to next year.
The new lineup includes Mega Man, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Meta Knight. The newly revealed figures may tie-in with Nintendo's announcement earlier today that it was partnering with Loot Crate to deliver shipments throughout the holiday season. The company did tease "a few additional surprises in store for Super Smash Bros. and Amiibo fans."
